Our poultry is rotational pasture-raised and supplemented with non-GMO grain as well as locally sourced produce scraps. They are kept in a portable poultry tractors to safeguard from predators and moved each day to greener pasture.
Frozen turkeys are on track to be 15 lbs or more and will be ready for pick up at our farm starting mid-November (time to be pre-arranged). Birds will be processed over the course of 3 weekends, so orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis.
